WGBQ Women’s Group

GBQ accounting firm has an internal women’s group called WGBQ that meets regularly to discuss issues that are relevant to women in business in the Central Ohio community. Periodically WGBQ invites influential women in the community in to their offices to speak with the group.

Debbie spoke to the Denison University Organization Studies Program Group. The OS Program is designed to help students apply their liberal arts experiences to effective functioning in any type of organization. During the summer session there is also a strong focus on teamwork and leadership development.

Debbie spoke to the Conway Center for Family Business at the Ohio Dominican University. Meeting was about “Doing Well By Doing Good: Strategies to benefit your family business and your community” which dealt with attaining positive experiences for your business and how it can be done successfully
New Albany Middle School

Debbie spoke to a group of girls from New Albany Middle School about the challenges and difficulty for students who struggle with feeling good about themselves academically and socially, and how they can become their very best.
